Proposal: “Strengthening Our Future Through Family Ministry, Community Building, and Religious Exploration”
The Religious Exploration Committee (REC) has completed a funded, meaningful year-long visioning process within our parish led by an experienced religious professional. As a result of that, and largely based on feedback from our congregation, we now have a proposal for rebuilding multi-generational participation in worship, education, and community over the next 3 to 5 years. The proposal calls for us to hire a full-time Director of Family & Community Ministries. Learn more from the slides below.

Annual Meeting Documents – more coming soon!
The Racial Justice Action Committee (RJAC) and the Parish Board are co-sponsoring a proposed Resolution at the Annual Meeting to “learn, acknowledge and work to repair the harm done to Black and Indigenous People.” Once approved, a resolution is memorialized in the minutes of the Annual Meeting and the Board has responsibility for reporting annually on progress.
As background for the resolution, the video below includes some of the highlights of the February 15th workshop “The Theft of Indigenous Land and The Enslavement of Indigenous and African Peoples in Brookline” plus the April 3rd worship service “Facing our Heritage: A Service of Lamentation and Healing.”
