A yoga teacher once commented that the general population of the U.S. is severely “under-rested.” Even pre-pandemic we were workaholics, often comparing and competing over how little free time we had. What has this pandemic time taught us, what learning can we hold onto, about the value of deep rest and how to make that a regular part of our lives?
