Dear First Parish Member,
Two years have passed. Two words come to mind when describing the First Parish Community over this time—Love and resilience. Small groups minister to each other virtually. Keith and the choir have jumped over the sound barrier to bring us music in the Cloud and in the Sanctuary. Rev. Lisa has mastered the art of Zoom.
We could not have done it without each other. We are what love is. First Parish is Family.
Spring is the time we demonstrate our gratitude and love for the community we hold so dear. Now is the time we gather to provide the financial support needed to keep our doors open and First Parish thriving for generations to come.
It takes a total of about $600,000 to financially sustain our community each year. It is up to us to make it happen. While every household has different financial circumstances, we ask you to consider what First Parish means to you and give to your capacity.
One of our small but mighty crew of canvassers will be reaching out soon to have a conversation about your commitment for this year. Our goal for FY23 is $415,000.
Please make your pledge online. You’ll also find fun facts and answers to your questions on the FAQ page.
With gratitude from your canvass family,
Karla Baehr, Micaela Coady, Whit Larrabee, Margaret Williams, Rev. Lisa Perry-Wood, Ebiere Omoregie
